Lauren grew up in Los Angeles and has been living in the South Brentwood/West LA area for over 25 years. She has been an SBRA Board Member for the past several years, focusing on transportation issues. Lauren has served in various Transportation positions on the Brentwood Community Council. When not working on neighborhood issues, she runs Cole Media, a business strategy consulting firm focusing on media and technology companies.

Elyse has held the office of President and Vice President since 2007 as an officer. She has been on the Board of Directors since 2001 and an SBRA member since 1999. She has been a member of or chaired the Annual General Meeting Committee since 2007. She serves as the Brentwood Community Council alternate representing South Brentwood. Elyse is a successful realtor with Rodeo Realty in Brentwood.

Alisa is a resident of South Brentwood and the owner of Morgenthaler Law Group, Inc, a law firm located in South Brentwood which specializes in providing litigation services to local businesses. She has been practicing law for over 30 years. Alisa is also the President of the Board of Directors of the Mayfield Gardens Townhomes Association in South Brentwood, a member of the Board of the Brentwood Community Council and a long-time board member of the LARC Foundation, which owns and operates a residential community for disabled adults in Santa Clarita, California.

Armando (Armen) Pandola is an East Coast transplant who moved to Brentwood in 2016. Seeing our beautiful city with fresh eyes, he has wondered at its beauty and potential, but has also been surprised at the need for constant vigilance to keep it safe and beautiful. He knows how important a strong community spirit is to a neighborhood. A former civil rights, land use and trial attorney, Armando is committed to engaging our police, our public community services and our developers for the benefit of our community. A native of Germany and educated in England, Daniel Borenstein has lived in South Brentwood along the Kenter Creek for three years. He has been working with his neighbors to clean the creek of toxic materials and invasive plants with the purpose to restore it to health. A bike enthusiast who enjoys riding in our neighborhoods, Daniel is also concerned with creating safer bike transit. Daniel is a serial entrepreneur with a background in retail, e-commerce and real estate who speaks 6 languages…3 fluently.
Daniel looks forward to collaborating with the South Brentwood community to help shape a vibrant future for South Brentwood.

Susan Hirsch is a native of Southern California and has been a resident of Brentwood since 1966 where she served on the Brentwood Homeowners Board. Shortly after moving to South Brentwood in 2010, she joined the SBRA Board of Directors.
Community service has been a theme throughout her life, beginning with membership in a girls’ community service club in Manhattan Beach, California where she grew up.
Since retiring from a career of research in Geriatric Medicine at UCLA, as a volunteer she continues to assist with research projects at UCLA that focus on serving the underserved, is active with her HOA and takes part in neighborhood clean-up projects.

A member of the SBRA board since 2009, Marylin Krell served as SBRA President for eight years and has been Vice Chair of the San Vicente Scenic Corridor Design Review Board since 2002. She has also been a representative to the Brentwood Community Council (BCC) since 2010 and currently is the BCC Multifamily rep.
Marylin especially enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren who range in age from 12 to 23.

Barbara joined SBRA with the desire of maintaining the character of Brentwood, keeping the neighborhood safe as well as meeting her neighbors and businesses with these same values. A 26 year resident of Brentwood, she has organized and participated in street clean ups, trained with the LA Fire Dept as a CERT volunteer, acts as an advocate for safer sidewalks and supportive housing for encampments.
Outside of SBRA, Barbara volunteers with Reading To A Child, Brentwood Community Council Safety & amp; Homeless committees along with serving on her HOA board of directors. An art enthusiast at heart, she enjoys all that Los Angeles offers in the way of creative expression.

Active on the SBRA board since 1994, Pam has served as SBRA Vice President and Secretary. She chairs the SBRA Audit and Bylaws Committees. Pam is a member of the Los Angeles Conservancy, which is dedicated to architectural preservation, serves
in a leadership position at Brentwood Presbyterian Church and supports Beagle Freedom Project, an organization that rescues beagles used in research laboratories.
